Pamela D. Simmons Biography Pamela D. Simmons is a partner in the law firm of Simmons & Purdy located in Soquel, California. She specializes in representing homeowners with mortgage loan or loan servicing issues. Her first foray into the area of lending law occurred twelve years ago. The case involved a lender whose typical loans routinely violated multiple provisions of the Federal Truth in Lending Act. Since that time she has developed a practice which consists of representing borrowers relating to lendor violations of federal and state lending laws. Before starting in private practice, Ms. Simmons was an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting real estate and other white collar frauds in Santa Cruz County, California.
