Ira Jackson
Biography
Throughout his career, Jackson has brought entrepreneurship and excellence to government, higher education, and
the nonprofit sector. At the age of 26, he was chief of staff to Bostons Mayor Kevin White. At 32, he was the Senior
Associate Dean of Harvards John F. Kennedy School of Government, where he helped lead the School during its period
of rapid growth and institutional transformation. He left the Kennedy School to become Commissioner of Revenue for
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where he was credited with being one of the architects of the Massachusetts
economic miracle. His leadership was recognized by the Massachusetts Taxpayers Association with their first Lyman
Ziegler Award for Outstanding Public Service. Jackson served as Executive Vice President of Bank Boston for a dozen
years, during which the company consistently received Outstanding Community Reinvestment Act ratings from federal
regulators for leadership in strengthening inner-city communities. Jackson returned to Harvard as the Director of
its Center for Business and Government at the Kennedy School and later became the first president of the Arthur M.
Blank Family Foundation in Atlanta. Prior to joining The Drucker School, he was President and CEO of the Arizona
State University Foundation. Jackson received an A.B. from Harvard College, an MPA from the Kennedy School of
Government, and attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. He is co-author (with
Jane Nelson) of Profits with Principles: Seven Strategies for Delivering Value with Values (Doubleday, 2004), described
by Tom Peters as a stunning achievement...
and a survival guide for business executives and a survival guide for capitalism itself.

Stuart Jackson
Biography
Stuart Jackson, the author of Where Value Hides: A New Way to Uncover Profitable Growth for Your Business (Wiley, November 2006), is a vice president with the international consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting LLC. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience, starting with L.E.K. Consulting in London before taking over as head of the firm's Chicago office a decade ago.
Jackson has extensive experience in helping established companies and new businesses achieve growth and increase their profitability. That experience includes working with CEOs and CFOs in a range of industries including medical products, retailing, consumer and industrial goods.
In addition to providing consulting advice, Stuart Jackson has also developed and led executive programs in strategy and business development for major corporations including Shell, Cargill, Eaton, and Dana.
Jackson received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Engineering from Cambridge University-Emmanuel College, where he also earned an MA in Manufacturing. He was awarded a NATO Fellowship to INSEAD Business School, France, where he received an MBA with Distinction.

Kenneth M. Jacobson
Biography
Kenneth M. Jacobson is a partner in the Chicago office of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. His practice focuses on a wide range of real estate finance and investment, distressed real estate, mezzanine lending and joint venture transactions. He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 1979 and his B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1976. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the Chicago Bar Association. Mr. Jacobson has frequently written and lectured on a variety of real estate topics including limited liability companies, fiduciary duties, attorneys opinions, distressed property transactions, non-corporate entity formation, capitalization and governance and restrictive covenants. Mr. Jacobson was a member of the drafting committee for the joint ABA/ACREL project that produced the Real Estate Opinion Letter Guidelines. He is currently a member of the Steering Committee for the Working Group on Legal Opinions of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, the chair of the Legal Opinions in Real Estate Transactions Committee of the Real Property, Trusts and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association and a Governor of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and has served as chair of the Investment Entity Committee of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
