Conference Objectives:
Leadership to ensure the future success of hospice and palliative care programs is critical to the end-of-life care field today; so much so, that participants will explore leadership – and its myriad facets – at NHPCO’s 27th Management and Leadership Conference. Whether you are leading systems, organizations, programs, people, practices or processes, you need the same critical information at your disposal; information that helps you understand your responsibilities within the context of the care continuum, that helps you adapt and respond to impending changes, that communicates your message to policymakers and that ensures what you LEAD is of exceptional quality.
The 2012 Management and Leadership Conference will provide opportunities for presenters and attendees to:
