Applying very carefully every single one of them both final diagnosis as medical treatment can be much more successful. • Chronic primary headaches do exist in Latin-America. This finding make, along with all the factors involved into the progression and chronification processes, that all of us are responsible in order to improve headache care, medical education, pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical treatments.
